Unfortunately the pictures didn`t come out good to show what the butchers did at Sterling BMW.

Here is Marc`s first post - http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=124114
Despite writing it on the service sheet in BIG RED LETTERS they washed my car. They did as much damage in one wash as I have in a year of washing it myself. It looks like they took sandpaper to it.
The whole car was marred.

I am so happy with the results. With the exception of the stone chips the paint is now in better condition than it was when I took delivery over a year ago. I would highly recommend that anyone with a car of a similar age or in a similar condition invest their next “mod†money in having this process done on their car. It’s the best “mod†I could have purchased.

thanks very much.

Sweet work, paint looks very deep and wet, not to mention flawless. The orange peel on that thing is horrible though, as with most BMW`s.
