how can i polish them...they are all scratchy and stuff... :(

a picture of the problem, or a more detailed description of the damage would go a long way towards getting help with this issue.

Step 1: Make sure they are actually raw, polished aluminum.
Other than that, I suggest you invest in a Mother`s Power Ball and Power Metal Polish. Be prepared to spend a bit of time on them to restore the original shine.
Follow with either Mother`s Billet Polish by hand, or even better....Adam`s Metal Polish.
