Has anyone used Optium polish with the swirlbuster pad. i was wondering what the outcome was. i just purchased the polish and want to know what is the best pad to apply this with
I use the sonus yellow pad with good results.

No sense "Busting Swirls" with that pad when you`re only using Optimum Polish (OP). OP is a finishing polish, designed to make a "Swirl Busted" finish look deep and wet.
SwirlBusting requires a SwirlBuster type pad (Yellow, Orange), and be used with either Optimum Compound (OC), or Optimum Hyper Compound (OHC).
Then OC or OHC with OP on a white polishing pad, and you`ll be amazed with the results :getdown

Just did a `98 Black Accord Coupe with a lot of swirls and rotary marks. I used OP with a white polishing pad and was very pleased with the results. So was the owner. Followed the OP with AIO and UPP.
