heavily waterspotted for the last 2 years with hard hard water....any way to cover up what I cant remove via polishing....I dont want to polish through the clear to remove it all.....

I have the same problem with my car, I went to www.topoftheline.com, and they reccomend Hi Temp Extreme cut to take out the etchings...if the condition is beyond polishing your only option might be to wetsand certain parts of the car.
