Does anyone have answer on this?

My glass rubs against the rubber belt molding and makes annoying squeaks when going up and down.

thx,

I`ve heard that it has something to do with lubricant of some type disappearing that helps with the smooth movement up and down. My wifes driver side window does the same thing on her Intrepid. I hope someone has an answer as keeping the glass super clean only helps so much.

yes ben,

clean glass does not help as glass is still grippy. need something to make glass ultra slick and keep it slick.

VM does an an excellent job of cleaning glass and leaving it with a nice slick surface that should eliminate the grip. You can also use a QD, such as Quickshine, which also helps.

Try some silicone grease or spray in the tracks.

tried QS. No good. A little silicone on the glass may do it though.

I`ve even squirted some WD40 in the tracks before to help the window slide better. Doesn`t take much.
