Got a call last week from a gentleman that literally moved up here last week from Orlando Florida. His stuff has not even came up yet, so no hose etc. He drove the car up from Florida and needed a wash badly. The front end was literally a BUG CEMETERY!! Tar everywhere. Ugh, I thought was a gonna be a simple wash took me almost 3 hours. Nice guy though. He found my site through google search and this forum :) SO anyways, he just wanted it cleaned up on the outside and plans on bringing it back to me in a few weeks for a full detail (entire clay, polish, etc.) Paint was generally in good condition as he seem to take proper care of it.

Process:

Wheels-- Wheel Brightener and Meg`s gold class wash.

Entire Front end clayed to remove bugs and tar. Some etched in so, polish next time will be necessary.

Wash Z Wash

Applied DG Aquawax (I love this spray sealant!!!!!)

No befores, no interior done...was such a nice car just wanted to share! :spot

Sun did not want to come out and play :( Oh well. Like I said this was a basic clean up....full detail to follow in a few weeks.

#5 or #6 best show the reflective properties of the shine.

I`m impressed that this shine is the result of merely using Duragloss Aquawax as it looks like more serious final finish work was done.

(I was just about to order Klasse AIO and SG but now I`m once again questioning what I`ll use for winter prep.)

Aqua Wax is Awesome! I think for during the winter it would be perfect. Very easy to use...spray on, wipe off. Leaves the finish very SLICK and great gloss and shine.

Awesome job.

I would say pic #2 because it has a nice background & you get the entire car in the picture.

Glad you are loving the AW!! Yes it is shiny and slick, but best of all (IMO) it will last longer than most spray sealants/waxes, and leave real world protection.

I would vote for pic 6, as it just shows the optical characteristics of AW on most of the car.

Very nice job, especially for a wash and spray wax!

I like the first pic, the paint looks really deep and rich. Looks too glassy in the last few for my tastes.

Thomas, Yea the 545 is real nice. I love how the cars sits just right with just the right amount of fender gap...not slammed yet not 4x4 looking. Cant wait to polish her up to get the best shine then take some sun shots!

#1 or #5. #5 Shows the depth of the reflection, but the stuff it`s refecting doesn`t compliment to well. #1 is the cleanest overall (imo)

Nice work for a basic detail. Car looks good as it is!

I`m voting for #4 Chris. The last two are great but the reflections cause it to lose some of the detail of the car. A beautiful machine, it really does look like a full detail. Wow
