hey guys im still having problems with my g35.. i still cant get the light swirls and scratches out



so im thinking

should this process be okay?





wash

clay

ssr 2.5 w/ light cutting pad

FPII w/ polishing pad

EX-P w/ finishing pad

nattys blue by hand





i also have OHC but i think its too aggressive so should i just forget about it?

The process should probably work if you got the right technique. I have OHC and its not as aggressive as some might think. I used it on silver and went right to LSP no hazing what so ever.

If its micromarring you`re tlaking about, then I wouldn`t use such an agressive polish such as SSR2.5. If you have any finer polishes such as SSR1 or #83 maybe those will take care of the spider webbing and or micro marring (if that is what you mean by "light swirls".)

I bet the light swirls aren`t micromarring and I think your process should be good. 83 is pretty much as aggressive as SSR 2.5
