PC good to use with wedsanding?

I already had to wetsand my new GTI `cuz some bird took a nice **** on my hood of my car and it sat in the sun on the lot for a good week. It washed right off but the acid had made its way into the clear coat. My cousin wetsanded it and then hit it with the rotary using a few differnt polishes(imnot sure on what he used) but it took it right out and its perfect now under any light.



My question is, can i wetsand my car (if there happens to be a scratch in it) and then use a PC to buff the mark out or would i need to use a rotary?

It will take forever with a PC. I would use a rotary and finish with a PC or better yet, a Cyclo.
