Cloudiness after polishing!

Hello everybody!!!

First time in the forum and have couple of questions. I would appriciate if somebody could help me.



Couple of weeks ago I machine (PC)polished a black car using Poorboy´s SSR3 with the orange pad ,and followed it with Sonus SFX 2 and a blue pad. Most of the swirls are gone but, I still can see a lot of circular cloudy marks on my hood.

Any advice on how I can prevent-fix this problem.

Without knowing too much about the products/pads used. My guess would be the blue pad you are using is a Finishing pad? After compounding with the SSR3 you might need to jump down to SFX2 with a polishing, then SFX1 with a finishing. What you are seeing is known as hazing, jumping down to a lighter abrasive with the correct pad will clear it right up Im sure! Which brand pads are you using?
