stains on seats

I used an extractor on my cloth seats to get up some stains that looked like coffee or soda or something of that nature. Turns out, all I did was pull the stains to the top of the seats and now they are worse :angry

what did I do wrong? How do I fix it???

Had the same experience. What worked for me was to keep with the process - I used 303 fabric cleaner and just spot cleaned it; sprayed till wet and worked it with a brush, then hit it with the extractor again. Took about 3 times but finally got it all out. Good luck!

Maybe others have different methods, but it worked for me.

I think laefd is right on target. Keep working it until you get it. Don`t give up after one try. Many times it takes more than once to get things looking the way you want. Patience is key!!
