when NB is applied, how long do you wait to remove it? is it best to let it haze/dry 20-30 minutes or do a panel and then buff off?

Let it haze, yep 2-30 sounds right.

Leave it for 10 minutes.
Swipe your index finger across the area waxed, if it looks dry and no residue then its ready to removed. If it still has a wet look to it, let it sit more.
