A close friend and his dad crashed their private plane yesterday as they were leaving Amarillo. Both sustained burns with the dad being much worse.

The son is stable and beginning to improve, but he`ll be in the hospital at least a month. His dad is in real need of prayer. His burns are quite severe, and his stability is minute-to-minute.

The family would greatly appreciate all the prayers they can get.

Thanks!

Zane: Very sorry to hear the news.

Best of luck to them both in a speedy recovery.

IMO, I think it`s a miracle they made it passed the initial impact...Many don`t get that much; I think there is hope.

Thanks, guys.

They took the son, Miles, off the ventilator this afternoon, and he`s started talking a little bit. Already getting onery, again :)

His dad, Terry, has stabilized a little more, and they took him into surgery to remove his remaining skin (infection).

Keep up the prayers - they`re working!

Zippy, sorry for your loss. Thats a tough ordeal to go through, and one most of us realize has to happen but are obviously never prepared for. Zane, your friends are in my thoughts as well as you Zippy.....
