3M Perfect It

What category would the 3M 05996 polish for dark cars be in as far as cutting power. Medium, light, etc?

I was reading on here and this number was never mentioned and this is the one that I have on hand.

According to 3M it has a Cut of 25 and a Finish of 2 which puts it at about a 3 on the Meguiar`s scale i.e. a light to medium-light polish. I believe 05996 was a favorite of Sal Zaino before he intro`d his own Z-PC which he patterned after.
