First off... the M3. I love the stance of that car but the car itself had seen better days before visiting the dealer for a detail. The poor quality of the detail amazed me. The whole car was covered in holagrams from poor rotart usage. I only completed and exteriro detail on the car because the interior was still clean. Process as follows

Wash

Clay

Polish via PC with an orange pad w/ Hi-temp light cut

Polish via PC with white pad ClearKote RMG

Seal ClearKote CMW

Now the Monte

Customer wanted an Exterior detail only and did not want clay. Swirling was very minimal and I was shocked about that since the car only sees the carwash. Process as follows

Wash

Polish via PC white pad w/ Malco Swirl remover

Seal with 4 star UPP

Nice work on both, really love how the M3 turned out! :up

Just FYI, if the owner of the Monte Carlo is just going through the touchless, that is probably why the swirling is minimal. It is when the tunnel wash goons actually touch the paint to dry it that you have problems.
