I tried wheel brightener with a nylon brush and clay but I still haven`t been able to get all the brake dust out of the curb rashed rims. I guess it doesn`t help that its a Mercedes. Any suggestions?

Do you have access to some ultra fine unigrit sand paper...like 2000 or 3000grit? If the curbing is bad, I would sand the area down some to clean off the rough edges with the sand paper and follow up with some 00 steelwool. Finish it up with your choice of wash and an MF. That ought to clean up the curbing so that it`s not as obvious and wipeout the brake dust. Aside from door dings, curbed wheels bug me the most.
