Hi everyone... i`m pretty new to this forum and trying to understand how its all done.. i`ve a scratch problem and i`ve already posted this in the Professional detailers` forum, but would appreciate it if some the pros out here took a look at the posting... http://autopia.org/forum/showthread.php?t=73573 ... and oh yeah... i just learnt, that i`ve sanded it down to the primer... anyways... :(

You`re going to ruin your decklid if you continue to try to fix this yourself.
Call the service dept. at 4 local auto dealers. They will all recommend a moible touch-up painter who can fix the problem with an isolated paint job in the repair area. They`ll come to your house and have it done in 60-90 min. Cost: $100.
Or take it to a body shop where they`ll paint the whole decklid for $400.
This is not a problem for autopia. See autobody101.com.
