Wash with Top of the Line Bubble Bath and Excel heavy sheepskin mitt

Dry with Excel Monterey WW towel

Tires cleaned with Poorboy`s APC 10:1 and Meguiars Versa-Angle tire brush

Wheels cleaned with P21s liquid wheel cleaner and Excel medium sheepskin mitt, dried with Excel RipTide mini-WW

Tires dressed with Poorboy`s Natural Look

Poorboy`s Spray and Gloss on wheels

Poorboy`s Trim Restorer on trim, door handles, splash guards

Meguiars PlastX on headlights

Clearkote Vanilla Moose on glass

Poorboy`s SSR2.5 x2 with yellow Propel2 pad

Poorboy`s SSR2.5 with orange Propel pad

Clearkote Vanilla Moose by hand via blue Propel Turbo pad on a Wolfgang Polishin` Pal

Nattys paste wax by hand with blue Propel Turbo

Products of the day...Propel2 yellow pad and SSR2.5. I was able to reduce the swirls substantially each time with no hazing. At first I was worried that I may need to go with SSR3 for the hard Corvette clear, but SSR2.5 pulled through for me like a charm. The P2 stood up to many hours of polishing and lots of pressure, and continued to impress me throughout the day.

Looks very good!

I have a few yellow P2s and have not used them yet.

Not to start this again, but I thought the orange Propel was supposed to be more agressive than the yellow?

Damn that looks incredible. Very nice work. VM topped with NB is such a killer combo; the last hood shot is money. :)

Very nice work. Out of curiosity why VM by hand? Its so much faster and IMO yields better results by PC and a LC white VC pad (or any polishing pad for that matter.)

because sometimes it`s sexy to rub it in by hand.. :woot2:

Beautiful glossy finish on the car, is lovely! The completed bonnet pic, the paint looks soaking wet, fantsatic. Good half and half shots too, showing the difference made. Excellent work!

Using my Wolfgang Polishin` Pal, the time difference versus using the PC is minimal. With the PC, there are still some areas that need to be done by hand.

Setec, I believe the orange feels stiffer, but the yellow is more aggressive due to its open-cell structure. Maybe Patrick will give us an answer here.

because sometimes it`s sexy to rub it in by hand.. :woot2:Ive just come to love the PC for applying 2nd to LSP and LSP`s. So fast and it allows me to take more time focusing on the smaller details that the client might not notice but I expect.

This was VM + Nattys original, not Blue. Both are terrific waxes.
