Are they all pretty much the same? I`ve been using Clay Magic, but I was interested in trying TOL clay or Meguiars Mild.

Sonus, usually the green but sometimes the gray as needed.

I`d only tried Griot`s (both generations) and Mother`s, which I found virtually identical. I greatly prefer the Sonus, and it`s great to be able to clay away contamination with the green without worrying about it compromising the LSP.

Sonus UF. If I need something a little better, I`ll just pick up a Mothers CG Kit from Advance Auto.

We are pretty much all using Clay Magic these days no matter what the label says due to all the people Automagic has been suing over clay.

Has anyone seen/used Wurth Zebra Clay?! It was the first clay I had used back about 6 years ago. It worked well for me and was just trying to find the stuff last week and wasn`t having any luck. Autogeek used to carry it, but they no longer offer it (as per an email reply). I dont know if my memory is biased, as it was the first clay I used and remembering it being such an awesome product.. But I would like more and compare it to the Clay Magic and Sonus Clays.

AG was clearing this stuff out about 6 months ago at a great price, but it had a scary warning on the label, and no one had any feedback about it, so I passed. http://autopia.org/forum/showthread.php?t=67893&highlight=clay

ClayMagic for serious claying work, Sonus Fine (green) for regular claying.

I noticed a 200g bar of Claymagic blue at Carquest yesterday and was about to take it to the counter before I noticed the $40 price on the shelf. :shocked I knew the price wouldn`t be exactly cheap, but geez!

I like the Sonus green. I`m still new to detailing, and if I make a mistake claying with Sonus green (usually not enough lube), it doesn`t mar the paint nearly as bad as some other brands.

I`ve only used meguires OTC stuff for now. i have ordered some pinnacle clays. When i have a chance i want to pick up the Sonus clays.

The meguires otc seemed a bit anemic. I had to work at getting most of my stuff off the lower end of my car. From what people have said their OTC is basically non abrasive. That`s why i went with pinacle for my next batch. I`ll probably just use the megs for rims.
