What is the appropriate mixture of Woolite/Water required to clean floor mats and carpets?

I use 6:1 for light-moderate mats. 5:1 for bad ones, with some Folex mixed in.

I find the woollite mixture always foam up alot so I stopped using it. I use hi-temp extreme apc with 1:10 ratio.

Woolite should be used on leather only, if that!!!

It’s way to soapy at 10.1 and should not be used on carpet or cloth seats.

Simply not true. Woolite works great on carpets. Cheap too!

I use it almost daily at 4:1. 2-3 vehicles per day.

Not soapy at all to me. Works awesome on all leather. I do have to use a 1:1 mix on spots though. I just follow up with a spray bottle of water and my shop vac till all is gone.

So much cheaper than any APC out there. Plus, you don`t have to use any other air freshners with the mix.

I find that unless the surface is really dirty, 8:1 works great.

Funny, for a product that shouldn`t be used on anything but leather I have really good results with it. Can`t be the cost per use, either.

I have no idea; but it works. :) I use it with my LGM and have always had good results. Like I said, for tougher stains I use Folex. I do agree woolite can sud a lot, so you need to use it sparingly.

Oh it will work but the soapy residue that’s left behind is unacceptable for many reasons. On leather only, It’s OK if not to badly soiled. If so, a much higher ph level is needed and some steam.
