hello, i`m a long time lurker, sorry.

i have an 05 scion tC in indigo ink pearl (dark blue)

i use the following in this order:

obviously wash and clay bar

klasse all in one

meg`s nxt tech wax paste

turtle wax ice wax

i`m looking for something to put on top that will help keep the shine. i have meg`s carnuba wax (in a maroon bottle that smells like bananas)

i`m willing to buy a decent carnuba or synthetic topper...s100 maybe?

i get it, so i should probably add something like collinite #476 on top of meg`s nxt...then top that with turtle wax ice.

so far results have been really good, i just want to maintain that shine and durability for as long as possible

(this is after a week and a half of sitting in the sun and getting covered in pollen. the ice seems to hold onto its water beading pretty good. it was nice and shiny after this, so i only used a little quick detailer)

try a 50/50 mix of collinite #845 and turtle wax platinum ultra gloss liquid

it looks awesome and should have decent durability from the collinite

One thing to remember is that when you "top"something its durability will only be as good as the product you have beneath it.

With that being said the Collinite applied after the AIO (as steveo 3002 mentioned) would probably be best without using the ICE or the NXT.

One word of caution from my experiences with my g/f`s TC of the same color. Wash it VERY carefully as the paint is prone to showing every defect and scratches easily.

Good luck.

Oh one more thing. Who cares what the dude`s shoes look like. I know I detail in the best wardrobe that I own

haha, you guys are all hung up on my shoes. i can`t complain, my girlfriend picked them out and they are super comfy. i get compliments for them everyday for some reason.

the bracelet was made about 8 years ago and i haven`t taken it off since then (except for when i was on a plane) i`m straightedge, so i like to keep something strong and something that is hard to remove with me. yeah, the barcode tattoo is showing it`s age, it`s like 8 years old also...oh well.

about the scion, they have horrible thin and soft clearcoats and i know swirls all too well, so i really try to baby my paint with the proper stuff.

i`m going to pick up some collinite and mix it and see how that works, thanks for the suggestions
