Help needed

ok to put it simply some Ba**ard has poured oil based paint over my car i have managed to get most of it off but i have white spots over my paint work can any of you guys point me in the right direction on what to buy to get it off my car looks like its got dandruff!

I would suggest you try and get whats left off with a clay bar and or some cleaner wax if you havn`t already done so,i hope this helps.
