After using OC, I followed up with OP and noticed the bottle wouldn`t squirt onto the pad. After struggling with it, I opened it and saw that it had the consistency of half liquid half cottage cheese. I didn`t want to break my momentum so I used it anyways by pouring "chunks" of it onto the pad.

I`m pretty sure it`s not supposed to be this way. Is it me or is it the OP?!??

There have beena few threads talking about the consistency of the Optimum Polish & Compound in the past couple of weeks or so. See the links below for more reading.

I actually just received my OP and OC earlier this week and this is one of the first things that I check out. Both were very liquid, easy to mix in the container and with very little shaking I was able to pour each out through the flip top without any problems. I then opened the container and the consistency seems fairly uniform to me.

In one of the threads below, a poster provides contact information for Optimum`s customer service. Try contacting them and see what they say.

yup. same here. :(

I like my OHC and OC, but for the final polishing step I`m all about the 106FF/RMG...
