Well over all i give the PC 5 out of 5. It was real easy to use, i was scared because i didnt want to try to fix something that wasnt really broken. Well i think i will get better over time but i think i am going to test new products. I liked the polish but it dried to quick and was hard to get off but it did make my pain alot darker. The PC is easy to use with the help of an other person to hand and hold stuff. I didnt take my car out yet but i looks good. I think its the product, i just wanted to use the stuff i had in my garage, but with time ill get some of the good stuff

good job for a first run but you left alot of scratches in these still and use some better products other than that eagle 1 ****, i would go for some Optimum Compound and Polish and some nxt tech wax if you want a wet look after that, easy route for beginners

Aside from the bottle in my garage, that`s the very first time I`ve ever seen anyone else use Midnight Special from Production. I got a bottle of MS from a friend of mine that worked at a body shop years ago and he swore up and down about how awesome it was on black. I must say, that it was my favorite product for a very long time, but that was before I found Autopia. I still like it, but something that is very deceiving and it sounds like it got you too, is it`s not a *real* polish. Regardless of what the bottle says, I found that it didn`t have any abrasive properties to it at all. I actually used it as a LSP, which is why you found that it dried so fast.

In a nutshell, all you did was apply two coats of LSP, and didn`t do any polishing. If you look real close at the after pic you posted, you can still see some marring there. Since you did so much work, and the car does look great, I`d leave it alone for now, but start doing some research and find yourself some good polishes, and a paint cleaner. The next time you detail the car using the proper products, you will be amazed!

That’s exactly want i was thinking, its the first time i used it but i knew it wasn’t really getting rid of scratches just putting shine, I did like the fact that it did make my paint real dark, I could tell the difference from were i took of the tape, but after rubbing the extra polish left behind it blended in. So ill do some reasearch and find something new to try in a few months.

Yeah i havent seen anyone use that stuff either my dad got it at a big wearhouse were they sell to dealerships, i just think the stuff is a bit out of date, and i think there is better technology out now.
