Guys I did a couple searches with the word (cutting, fresh paint, and clear coat) and was not able to find what I was looking for. It seems that all the returned post that I received dealt with guys who just got their cars back from a shop and wanted to do some work. I on the other had just finished painting parts on my car, and now want to take some of the dirt specs out of my fresh clear. I was wondering what the process would be for a part that is fresh out of the booth, and needs its first attention since the spray gun left the panel. I know I will be wet sanding with 1500 and 2000, but what should I use to cut and buff. My roommate who also did his parts too has a PC and looking to get the Dewalt orbital.
