If your going to start from scratch on your car and polish it and do LSP, how do you get water spots off plastic? I have it on my hood scoop, they have never came off I can see them somewhat. Will Claybar remove it?

Plastic hoodscoop? Painted or color molded? Matte or Shiny? Flat or textured?
IMHO, you`ve gotta know all those before you can get much of an answer on how to treat plastics.

I know this is a major noob question, but how about off glass? My water is REALLY hard and I can`t seem to avoid spotting. Glass cleaner doesnt do it.
