i will be using 3m smr, klasse aio/sg, p21s. Is it ok to use z6 over this or should I go with the carnauba spritz since my last topping is p21s?

I`d go with the carnauba spritz. I`ve had streaking issues with Z6 over carnauba.

Z6 and oils do not mix well. A carnauba based product would serve you better.
If you leave off the P21S, Z6 will work great over SG.

I agree.
Sonus Carnauba Mist is an EXCELLENT product over waxes.
