Silver car, just minor swirls. If I mix these two to help on this hard clear and use a polishing pad on a PC, can I go straight to LSP? Any help would be appreciated!

more than likely your going to need to bump up to a light polishing pad. Before I picked up my Hitachi rotary, many here know of the frustration i had with my mom`s beige VW bug. The VW clear just doesn`t like to cooperate with a PC.
Speed 6= essential
SLOW passes
MULTIPLE passes
LOTS of patience
and your good to go :P
the optimum polish/compound mixture should work out well
