2002 Pontiac WS6 TransAm. Probably the best black paint I`ve seen to work on. Was swirled and hazed from the owners obsessive waxing routine, but hey at least he`s trying to keep it looking good.
Anyways, I`ll have some better pictures on sunday when we go out for a cruise, but there are them for now. No swirlies at all.
Process:
Optimum Compound via PC and cutting pad
optimum Polishg via polishing pad
SSR1 via pc and polishing pad
Automagic Wet Wax
The results:

Wow that black in the first pic looks like its ready to drip off
Very good job on the paint. How did you like the OC via PC?

WOW - that looks great. :bigups
How do you like the Optimum products.
I hope to order some in the next couple of days.
Is the SSR 1 a "finsh" like Werkstatt "Prime" as a cleaner prior to a sealant or wax.
Thanks.

Oh man, the owner was just floored with the results. Many shops around the city recommended a repaint on the car :soscared:
I liked it. I almost think it works better on black with the PC than the rotary. I think I just need more practise with the rotary. :)

I`m pretty sure that SSR1 doesn`t have almost any cutting ability. Its a great finishing polish that removes any haze thats present on the paint. I love it on black, but never seemed to do it. After seeing these results, I will more often. :)

Not too bad. :D Get some Nattys Blue on there and the paint will look like its going to drip right off!

Excellent work Steve-a little suprised to see you use the PC instead of a rotary though. Any reason in particular?
