Is there a special way to do this? I know how to use the PC to remove defects like swirls but how do you remove hazing? Like how much pressure should you use and your speed etc...

Use polishing pad (green) with product like FP II, OPC, SSR 1...etc.
Set the pc from 5-6 and don`t worry about too much pressure using pc, unless you aren`t moving at the same spot for long time.

Definatly use Optimum Polish or menzerna FPII, with a polishing pad @ 5-6 with pc,
or
OP @1200 rpm on rotary
or
FPII @1500 rpm on rotary
