The clears on these cars were really hard. Process after wash and clay as follows

Red S4

Used a 50/50 mix of Hi-Temp Extreme cut/ and Light cut polish via rotary a and an orange pad. Then I finished polishing it out with a 50/50 mix of ClearKote red moose glaze and vanilla moose. Topped it lastly with Jeffs Carnauba Jett.

Black A4

Malco extreme cut polish via pc and and orange pad and the flat surfaced were done 2x`s one via rotary with that combo and then followed it the pc. Then I used the 50/50 ClearKote mix from above and the car was then sealed with... I am drawing a blank because the sun baked my brain lol

Interior was completed on both cars but I only have pics from the A4 though

both were pretreated with

Costco APC

LG w/ Heat on all carpeting

cleaned panals with the help of the apc and and a small nylon brush since the kids kicked everything possible in these cars.

Leather saw Pinnacle leather conditioner.

Let me know how that went Sean. I just got back from detailing a 745il. I am super tired. Time for a nap

topnotch: It worked well. Thank you! I went with Optimum on the cutting pad x 2, then FPII and RMG on the finishing pad @ 1200 rpm on a green jeep with 180k miles! The paint looked deep and wet. Thanks for the tip.

I like FP and rmg too because it brings the dust down. This is also true when its used with any polish in the menzerna line and increases working time a tad too

I`ve been using 106/RMG very regularly now, even on white and silver....WOW!

Both Audis look terrific....can you post some bigger pics though?

Scott,

I did not take the pics, they were sent to me by my customer since my fiance took my camera out of my truck w/o telling me. I will try to blow them up if I have time tonight
