I am in the process of polishing my car and it seems i am almost out of AIO and SOnus SFX-1 (swithcing between them). I need a good long working polish that wont dry out quickly and is compatible with Zaino.

Should i try Poorboys SSR3? I have vw so its thick clear coat.

While I`m not familiar with the PB`s stuff, IIRC the SSR3 is a fairly aggressive polish that will probably require a follow-up with something milder.

I wouldn`t let the presumed thickness of the VW clear influence my choice of polish. I use the same stuff on my thick, hard Audi clear that I use on my thin, softer Mazda clear and even on the old ss cars.

FWIW, I`d track down the discontinued but still available 3M PI-III RC (05933) and MG (05937).

i think you will find the Optimum Polish will suit you, it has a nice long working time, low dusting, and its cut depends on the pad
