Well, it has been about 3 months since my truck had it`s last full detail. The detail took 4 1/2 hours to complete.

My process is as follows:

1. Wash at car wash (under water restrictions)

2. Dried and wipe down with QD to remove any water spots that I missed

3. Waxed with "Beats Um All".

3. Wiped down door jams and under hood with QD.

4. Vacuumed and wiped down interior with Interior QD.

5. Cleaned windows and all chrome.

7. Wiped down engine

6. Cleaned wheels and dressed wheel wells and tires with best dressed 3:1.

Comments and/or questions welcomed.

No before pics because truck is in excellent condition and just needed to be spruced up a little to meet my standards.

Very nice! Much, much better condition than the Tundra I detailed today. Nearly 5 years old and I`m sure it had never been waxed. :nervous2:

Your truck is incredibly clean, the interior looks brand new! :up

Thanks for the comments.

Here is my process for the wheel wells. Sprayed down with a citrus degreaser and let sit for 3 - 5 minutes and then washed with power washer. Let dry for a couple minutes then sprayed with "Best Dressed" mixed 3:1. About 3 hours later wiped down with old towel misted with "Best Dressed"

I got a really good deal on this one and I could not turn it down. I know the general sales manager at the local toyota dealership.

No, I am not a member yet, I will go and check them out though. Thanks for the info about tundrasolutions.

This is the same response I get from everyone that sees the truck. The service department hates to see it coming because I am very anal about who touches it, but the sale staff loves to see it coming. The general sales manager has told me that he could have sold it several times since I have owned it. So far it has spent more time in the service area for mistakes they made while they were fixing something else. They have already replaced a wheel that they chipped while rotating the tires on it.

Mine is supposed to go in sometime in the near future for the same thing. Looks like they took the wheel weights off with a jack hammer. :angry
