Well ive had all this product sitting here in my garage since christmas and wanting to try it out. Sorry i dont have any before shots, There is alot of light swirling all around the truck. So far i have only done the hood (Was called into work to fix some issues). My process was:

-Wash with foamgun and TOL bubble bath (Sea Sponge)

-Since it was recently clayed i went right into polishing.

-Menzerna IP via PC with SFX-1 pad

-Menzerna FPII via PC with SFX-2 pad.

-Menzerna FPII via PC with SFX-3 pad.

-Topped with Souveran

-wipped down with FK #425

More info on the truck, The basecoat is a House of Kolor Purple with metal flake, the flames are painted in 4 different colors of Dupont Chrome Illusion paint. Dupont clear was applied over the paint (this has to be the hardest clear ive seen to get light swirls out of :( , i had to use the SFX-1 to knock out all of the swirls!)

Im hopeing to get the rest of it done during this week, i will try to update this thread as i do. With some before pics hopefuly.

Please feel free to offer any critisizm or advise :p , now for the pics.

I`ll tell you what. You take a picture of ANYTHING that might be up for criticism and we`ll happily do so. Until then........

The paint looks incredibly wet and deep. Doesn`t seem to be much (if any) orange peel either. :)

I think it looks amazing. It needs to have the headlights replaced though.

thanks for the comments everyone. Ive been working on the truck every afternoon after work, its going a bit slow but im done the front half of it right now. Should have some more pics up tomorrow, I tried taking some before shots but i only have a 1meg pixel camera and its not showing the light scratches very well. But anyways, i should have some new pics tomorrow (weather permitting).

And Scott, yes there is a bit of orange peel on the paint but not very much at all. I was very pleased with the paintjob to say the least :)

Was just about to say that. Headlights need polished or replaced. But I only noticed that after going through each image TRYING to find something to criticize. :LOLOL

Paint looks beautiful.
