Well I finally took the plunge and spent $300 on a ton of stuff to detail my dad`s (soon to be my) car. It`s a black 99 528i and it`s appearance is pretty poor (He just doesn`t see it like I do). So anyway here`s my list:

I`m getting a PC from Lowes sometime soon and some 5 gallon buckets from Walmart or some cheap place. How does the list look? Anything I`m forgetting? I`m doing a full detail, interior, exterior, and possibly the engine compartment.

you might wanna loose those MF washmitts, i heard the dirt stays in them and its hard to wash out.

The list looks good as far as I am concerned. With the addition of the PC and proper pads you will have an arsenal of products to make you car shine. Prep is the key. You have the tools now to prep your car to be amoung the best.



I would order more towels. One can never have enough towels.

You might consider an APC, they`re handy to have around.
