Whether it be VM, RMG, #7, or anything - what is the best way to make it last? For those of us with irreparable blemishes in our paint, or for those of us who would rather just cover it up than fix it - how can we keep the glaze from fading, and the blemishes from re-appearing? Cover the glaze with a sealant (UPP/KSG?) or perhaps a durable carnauba?

Yeah, cover the glaze with something durable. I`ve heard about sealants that`ll bond to glazes but I haven`t experienced that myself. I`d use a "heavy carnauba" such as #16, Blitz, or Collinite.

#7 topped with (the now discontinued but still find-able) #16 is a combo that`s worked since the 1950s.

Omega glaze or IGH topped with Blitz were the hot combos back when I first started lurking here. They`ll still work just fine today.
