Can VM remove haze?

I recently used a mixture of OP/OC (50/50) and I guess I didn`t let it break down properly and left some haze. My question is should I go at it again with OP or will VM clean it up?

VM should be able to handle it as I have removed light wet sanding marks with it before but I am not an experience detailer and just detail my cars.

Thanks for the heads up, would you happen to know if mixing VM with RMG effect VM`s polishing ability?

VM and RMG are both light abrasive polishes with some cleaning ability. I don`t think VM would be affected at all by mixing in RMG, but I don`t see what benefit there would be either.

I, on the other hand, never seem to get any abrasive effects from VM :nixweiss Give it a try, but be prepared to do something more aggressive.

With a polishing pad and the PC on 5-6, you can remove light defects. Try VM first and if it isn`t strong enough, then step up to OP.

This may sound out of the ordinary but I had some moderate micromarring and haze...tried a bunch of different things but amazingly what worked for me was



#80 Megs On a Finishing Pad

Speed at 5-6

Light to Moderate pressure



and it worked for me, I was working on my 99 Grand Prix Clear...good luck to you, let us know how it goes. I was going to try and get pictures as I only did 2 panels so far, but today it is snowing...so if my halogens dont show it I may have to wait.
