best cleaner for Black marks on leather/vinyl

My son age 14 has started doing some detailing work around our neighborhood to make some money over the summer. The first car he did had a great many black marks on the doorjam, vinyl footwell, and leather seats. These marks took a great deal of effort and time using a leather cleaner. Does anyone know of a good cleaner that will remove these marks easier?

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on door sills and footwells. A brush and leather cleaner or APC for scuffs on leather seats.
