A couple 2004 Ford Explorers. More of the one steps for the office that rewards their employees with my details. :)

Last one stepped this one with Long Haul`s Polish/Wax in November. After 4 months, there was some slight slickness, okay beading and it still looked decent. Not bad for a $12 bottle of cleaner wax I got on sale at Pep Boys. Anyway, I hadn`t used NXT in a while so I applied NXT Paste via PC and a blue Propel finishing pad.

This one I one stepped in early February using Meguiars #20 Polymer Sealant. Obviously, 5 weeks, it was still holding up well. I applied Detailer`s Pride Premium Surface Shield by hand. Odd thing about the paint-it has a ton of metallic in it, so in the rear and side shots, the metallic in the sun gives the paint an odd flat look. :nixweiss

I used Carnauba Jett on the Rolls I regularly clean and took these pics a week after application. Beads very nicely!

Took this after removing the nozzle and slowly running water over the paint. 95%+ of the water sheeted off-and very quickly!

2005 Porsche Carrera S. Detailed the exterior in late December using Werkstatt`s Prime and Acrylic Jett. Still looked really good after a wash today, so I just added another coat of AJ.

2004 Hummer H2. Looks like how the FBI would order one. Debadged except for the H2 on the sides, no brush guard, no spare on the back, no roof rack. Really clean look, IMO.

Here are a few before/afters.

Rear door polished with a 50/50 mix of Optimum Polish and Optimum Compound using a Meguiars polishing pad and the excess removed with Optimum Car Wax. Front door is untouched.

Tailgate before-as you can see, the light scratches make it look dull:

After the same steps as above:

Final Process- Polished with a 50/50 mix of Optimum Polish and Optimum Compound using a Meguiars polishing pad and the excess removed with Optimum Car Wax and topped with Meguiars #16 Paste. Tires and fenderwells dressed with Armor All.

Looks great!

Next time you clean the Roller, park a couple cars behind it so you can see them in the reflection on that chrome trunk piece!

As always very nice Scott.

I have one coat of CJ on the beater while it takes me a few days to polish it out. It looks very nice and has a decent slickness.

nice work!

do you just pick and choose whatever product you want to apply to a customers car?

ie: i think ill apply such and such to see what the outcome is.. or do you have a set prodcut to use on a specific colour etc?

Scott, everything looks amazing as always.

I love the reflections in the chrome piece from the Rolls.

How did the Optimum Compound & Optimum Polish combo work out for you? Did you have any swirling or hazing from it? The Hummer looks great in the pictures as well as everything else.
