These 2 cars are one of the few that came to me with minor paint defects. Both owners take very good care of their cars, wash the cars every week and apply sealant or wax every week too. Initially I’m rather worried how far I can improve the condition of these 2 cars but the result turns out pretty satisfactory. I’ve got to say a big credit has to go to the polish PO85RD which brought the shine of the cars to the next level.

Process for the red Mazda3,

1) wash

2) clay

3) PO85RD + light cutting pad + DA @ speed 5

4) FK1 215 + polishing pad + DA @ speed 4

5) 1 coat of FK1 2180 by hand

6) 1 coat of FK1 pink wax by hand

Here’s the result,

Hey Guys, thanks for the compliments :D

Acrylic Jett has become one of my favorite sealant, beside giving that wet and deep look, it is so easy to use, simply spray on and wipe off and you can layer it without having to wait 12 or 24 hours later. With all these factor in, I believe not many other sealants can achieve the same reslut. The only thing I feel that might be a drawback is the curing time of 30mins for the Prime.

so you can layer it without having to wait 24 hours ? How many layers can you apply at a single time?Have you ever used zaino? reason why im asking this is because to layer zaino you have to add whats called a hardner or "activator" to layer it. Does werkstatt have the same thing?

thanks

Both Mazdas came out great, nice job on the details ;) Although that red mazda really looks stunning with the ground effects and your detail

How did you like PO85RD via PC? I plan on using it the same way you did; PC and finishing pad. Did you experience any dusting with it?

According to what I have read, there is no need to wait for layering AJ. For Jeff Werkstatt there is no `hardener` like Zfx, after you have finished with the first application, you can proceed with the second. I have used Zaino Z2 with Zfx before, it gives good result but if you will to compare the ease of use, than I will definately go for AJ.

Thanks for the compliment ;) . I really like PO85RD via DA and I believe you will love the result with your PC and finishing pad. I do not face dusting problem with PO85RD :xyxthumbs .
