I know the topic of ozone machines pops up here from time to time.

My local Harris Tetter has one that is designed to be used in a refrigerator and runs off of batteries. Anyone have any opinion as to how this could work in a car? Here`s a link to a description of the machine.

For $29.00, I might pick one up and try it.

I have an old Panasonic fridge ozone air cleaner that runs off of 4C batteries. Mine cycles every x minutes and does not emit ozone continuously unless you manually force it to.

While it seems to help some with fridge odors, I doubt these small devices would have a high enough output/unit area to help deodorize the inside of a car even if it was under constant use.

Hadnt thought of them cycling like that.. Might be an interesting experiment tho. I remember a while back someone linked an ozone machine that was an ashtray for cigars....
