I`m putting out the feelers for a detailing meet this year. I live in Maryland, so I`d be interested in attending one in my state. But I`d prolly be able to bring the wife with me to one outside of MD. :rofl

What say you?

I`m a pro in MD and can probably provide some equipment and expertise. I run the business out of my home so I can`t provide a location but if enough people are interested I may be able to talk the people at Dent Wizard in Rockville and they may be interested in hosting.

I was just thinking of the same thing. I would def. be in! ALthough, I was imagining a cruise/ road trip too. Like maybe we all meet at some place in Maryland (for example) and Cruise up north to meet up with some of our northern comrads (GSRstilez for example). We could all then detail our cars (maybe they would share some techniques and elbow grease with us for making the trip :waxing: :p ) and next year they would drive down to us and we could repay them the favor.

I think this is a great idea, but I don`t see a lot of effort put forth to make this a reality? I`m in the NoVa/DC area - would anybody be interested in doing an area specific meet? Just some thoughts on how to push this forward:

- Meet in a public area (park, parking lot, etc...) An outdoor public area would probably be best. That way we can show off our cleaning skill, exchange ideas, and enjoy the work of others under the sun.

- Meet in the afternoon so everyone has time to fine tune their detail job.

- Food, drinks, etc...

Any ideas, any interest?
