I know this is a stupid question, but since it is only 43 degrees outside today, would it be a bad time to start trying to get out swirls and polish, wax paint? I would think the cold might slow down the process of the material. I know it is supposely going to be in the 50`s tomorrow. How long does it usually take to polish out swirls and apply VM and CMW? Thanks

With as mild a winter we have had in the midwest this year I have been out detailing my cars frequently, often when the temp is below 43 without problem. I`ve washed, polished, glazed, sealed, waxed, QD`d, while the temps are between 30 and 45 and other than my cold toes and fingers everything turned out OK.

Waiting until it gets hotter tomorrw. I want to make sure everything is perfect for my detail.

I`ve polished in near freezing weather (Which wasn`t supposed to happen, according to the forecast. :( ) and other than cold fingers and a bit harder to remove LSP, everything seemed to work out ok.
