I`m a little hesitant to work with any coating packaged in a sprayer.

Maybe I`m just clumsy, but one issue I fought with the original McKee`s 37 coating and CanCoat was the overspray. No matter how hard I tried I seemed to find it in places I didn`t want it. Constantly turning my back to the vehicle to block overspray as I applied it to the towel or applicator helped, but it was a pain and not totally fool proof.

I would put the sprayer head directly on the applicator and gently spray it so there is no overspray or waste... In a way this is no different than using a syringe of coating, and putting a few drops of it on the applicator, no ?

I just pull the sprayer off and use a plastic eye dropper from Amazon.

Feel it lays it more evenly and no chance of it spraying out of the sides of the applicator.

Yeah, I guess that would work, but how can one not look and control the volume of liquid coming out of the sprayer, which is pushed in direct contact with the applicator ? I can`t see how there would ever be anything spraying out the sides, unless the person triggering the sprayer was not paying attention or something..You just spray the product slowly into the applicator..

I was thinking more of the sprayers with CanCoat. More like a cheap pump sprayer. Sprayed into applicator but yet I managed to get overspray….. might just be me 3D Ceramic touch.
