Had to break out the AAT combo last weekend on a blue Lexus IS F. The result was simply amazing - the customer and myself were very pleased to say the least!

I`m getting polish drunk trying to compare the 3D polish lineup. Is it just me or does it seem like they have a lot of overlap in their polishes? Adapt sounds great, you wouldn`t need any other polishes, just different pads. I`m a sucker for new polishes. Probably should just stick to Rupes and Menz, but then I would miss out on all the fun.
ACC (PBMG) has some serious industry clout. I was at the 3D/HD headquarters last week in Santa Clarita and they didn`t even have any 8oz bottles they could sell me. Nice get ACC! No wonder you get the vast majority of my detailing purchases. That and connect.
Adapt looks interesting. Reminds me of the Rupes UHS polishing compound. Rupes polishes are good. I`m not sold on HD Polish as I have not been that happy with it for my personal vehicle with the dusting. It`s collecting dust on my shelf at the moment. I would be up for trying the AAT finishing polish one of these days.

Adapt is great stuff! Cut doesnt do much for me. It doesnt offer really any more cut than Adapt, so it doesnt serve as a true compound ime. Which is why I got the AAT, which is amazing.
Can anyone from 3D or ACC please explain why I can order these here but not pick them up at the local 3D store? You would think something from 3D would be available at a 3D store. BDX was available on here long before the local 3D store as well. Are these stores franchised? It seems the Fontana store never has what I am looking for and I`m about done trying. They even said AAT just came out a couple months ago but it was announced here over a year ago.
Short Answer: Limited Distribution.
Long Answer: AAT was originally set to only be available in 32 oz or 128 oz containers since they were designed for professional use. When I first tried the AAT combo, I wanted them in smaller sizes since more DIY guys or hobbyist prefer the smaller size bottles. The average response I was getting when trying to sell this polish combo was "$50 for 32oz is just too much to risk on a new polish, I wish it was available in a smaller size". So we set out to get them in smaller sizes. Every request was turned down. I told upper management I would write a letter a week. They couldn`t ignore me forever.
3D finally replied and we got a few cases of sample sized bottles. Thanks Ben@3D
The sample promotion went so well that at SEMA we were able to talk them into making us these 8 oz bottles.
Fin.
