Good question. Because you stated that the paint finish is hard, I think you`ll see an improvement in time/speed of correction. But, keep in mind that the abrasives are much heavier in ADAPT and might ultimately cut into the clearcoat not just quicker, but deeper. So, it`s a double edged sword.`

To air on the side of maintaining your paint`s full potential integrity , I would advise that you continue using HD Polish, but more frequently so you`re not overworking it.`

Thanks David!!` Are you saying that by doing six passes as I described I`m overworking the HD Polish??

Not, not at all. I`m just saying that if you did your correction maybe every 6-9 months then you wouldn`t have to work (yourself) so hard. `

Plus, 6 passes aren`t too terribly much. I`d feel more assured knowing that I am working with a dedicated finishing polish to correct these flaws and that my finish will be optimal.`

    David,

    `

I noticed ADAPT is now for sale! YEA,

    `

This brings up another question, do you guys mess with glazes?` but im thinking that now with adapt,` i can use it, speed and poxy , in th at order and achieve that same awesome wet look of using glazes.` but say if I just did a clay, chem clean, and wanted to hid any missed defects, when or where would I use a galze with your products?

    `

    Thanks. Scott

Looks like the new line is available on the hdcarcare store. Must still be working on in because you can`t select different sized of some of the products, and it doesn`t tell you what size you are buying.

Sure is! As far as glazes.....Yes. I would consider HD Speed to have Glaze like properties as it boost gloss. It also can correct & clean paint, leave protection behind and be used as a base for other HD sealants/waxes.`

    `

I personally use Speed (in place of HD Polish) anytime I`m not using a paint coating. According to your last statement, I`d say it would be a perfect fit for you. `

This is a great forum you have here, not like my forum website, it`s filled with non fruit loving people. But here we can discuss the ripest fruit guilt free.

ADAPT is awesome, I picked up a sample at SEMA.` Absolutely no dusting and on a white LC pad it cleared up all the swirling and minor scratches in my test spot.` I forgot to grab any pictures, but next time I use it I`ll try and remember.

I initially put 5 drops on the pad, then followed with 3-4 for each section after.
