Nobody else has any experience with 3D`s customer service on this polisher?

I can say Ben and Thomas Dekany have gone out of their to help me get the issues that I was having with my 3d DA get resolved.

I just finished up my 3rd car with the new HD polisher and have had zero issues.

I did change the handle 90 degrees (switch on top now) as Garry stated bc I hit the power switch with my thumb as moved my hand around on it.



So far, I am pretty impressed.

Mostly noise. Maybe a bit extra heat.

For $99 I ordered 2 kits. It cant hurt to have a couple back ups around the shop and if you back out the cost of the Speed and the pads the machine is costing you like $60...cant go wrong with that!
