I got a pm from you 2 weeks ago to check this thread and reply which I did.

We did have one bad batch that turned watery a few months after production. Uno should be of a creamy constancy. If you happen to have this batch, please pm or email me your name, phone, address, order number if you have it, and date code.

Please pm me your contact info. I have not gotten it yet.

Ben is a standup guy. He rectified my issue a few weeks ago and sent me a complete replacement.

    Thanks again Ben!

I`m starting to wonder if I got a bad batch. I bought three bottles, all three have separated periodically. I can shake them back to *almost* the original consistency, but not quite. I`ve also never been entirely happy with how UNO performs, which I have always found really odd since everyone *raves* about it. I`m sitting beside two of the three bottles now and both are the consistency of water. I`ll snap a pic of UPC and U/L later. Will also PM Ben when I get home. I`d love to give UNO a fair shot and it`d be a shame if I was using a bad batch.

+1 for Ben as well. Sent him my info and sent me a replacement bottle ASAP.

Those wondering about how it performs, it performs extremely well. I got to use twice before mine separated and I really liked the long working time and NO dusting.

I had one bottle shipped on 1/3/12 that was originally the consistency of hand cream, but yesterday went to use it and it is more like Buttermilk--it will pour out of the bottle with the cap removed. Does this sound like the same problem all of you have had??

    Ben--PM sent today!!

    Is this issue 100% resolved?

After all the good reviews and reasonable pricing I was planning to place an order. I tend to use more than one product so the shelf-life of HD Uno is definitely a concern.

(The date is printed on the bottle directly above the label. It may be hard to read and have to see it at an angle in the light.)

We will send new bottles out to you.

    Thanks,

    Ben

So I was doing a check of my detailing chemicals (I`ve gotten into the habit of opening up and shaking the different bottles every now and then), and when I opened up my bottle of Uno V4, I saw that the product had separated, with a clear liquid sitting on top. Some shaking got the product mixed up again, but it was still very liquid in consistency:

I can`t seem to find the date code on the bottle, but it was ordered January 1, 2012, with order number 995. Is this bottle part of the same bad batch, Ben?
