I use HD UNO daily and love it. If you call 3d, you get excellent customer service. Not sure what the issue is.

Does 3D handle HD Car Care support/sales? I am missing items from my order and e-mailed sales@hdcarcare.com with no reply after a few days. They do not have a phone # listed on their site.

Call 3D Car Care. I agree CS is getting worse and worse.
