does HD GEL have the shiny look or the matte low sheen look? I prefer the matte look but from the description it seems that its more high gloss? Can I cut to provide a matte look?

The HD Gel gives a very high gloss look when applied but, you can cut it down to get that matte look that your looking for just dilute it 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 it depends on how matte you want it to be.:2thumbs:

It is quite shiny upon application, but if you wipe it down after a few minutes it loses the shine and gives a nice deep black look.
