I first found out about this from ShowCarDetailing

Octane guy has been using it for awhile and seems to have had good use from it.

I think it would work well for engine detailing. You could use distilled water to dodge water spots plus distilled water does not conduct electricity, less likely it would screw up something while rinsing the engine.

Thats good to know about distilled water, I`ve been hesitant about getting into engine detailing. Is it really complicated? what all MUST I look out for?

A final rinse with HD FREE Concentrate mixed with distilled water works great on the engine. The wax in HD FREE coats everything nicely and you can just let it dry, then buff the top surfaces.

If you`re dealing with newer vehicles (lots of plastic) there isn`t anything to worry

about. Just don`t blast the water into the air cleaner assembly. And it would be wise

to use air to blow dry it all.

For all the bad reviews on orangeonions, at least they ship fast. I ordered on the 17th and got it today. Looks very well made, I was expecting a super soaker with a motor. This looks nice.

I ended up giving in... hopefully arrives soon, it seems like an excellent little machine. I really hope it tremendously reduces the need for a pressure washer, my main reason for purchasing.
